It is intended that Administrative Minor Subdivisons generally be allowed for non-building purposes, for utilizing a Registered Land Survey, for purposes of correcting a boundary line, for the limited attachment of certain properties, for the establishment of a life estate, and for subdivisions as provided by Section 17, subd. 7 (4) of the City Zoning Code.
Application deadline is at least ten (10) business days prior to the next regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting (1st Wednesday of each month). If the application is complete, your information will be reviewed at the Planning Commission meeting. Keep in mind the Planning Commission is only a recommending body and your application will also require City Council action.
