2025 is the City of Rockville's 3rd year partnering with the Bike Guys to provide bikes to local children!

You can drop off the artwork at City Hall Monday-Friday, 7:30 am -4pm or in the Utility Drop Box 24 hours a day.

The deadline is Friday, December 12th, 2025.

Winners of the coloring contest will be called by city staff top arrange pick up.
